Mr Ofuasia had his basic Medical education in Benin City Nigeria, where he had vast experience in obstetrics and gynaecology before moving to the United Kingdom.
He was elected Fellow of the West African College of Surgeons in 1990, Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians in 1993, Member of the Royal College of Physicians Ireland, Fellow Royal College of Surgeons 1994. Elected Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists in 2006.
